Vitamin H is also known as Vitamin B7. Biotine is a water-soluble vitamin which helps the body metabolise carbohydrates, fats and proteins into energy. Biotine injections are intended to help maintain the normal healthy growth and development of skin and hair. 1-2 injections are recommended 3 times a week for 6 weeks for optimum results as water soluble vitamins are not stored in the body.
